Wonderful stay, but the restaurant was a major letdown.
The accommodation, room, and reception staff were all perfect. I loved the sauna and the excellent hair dryer. A special thanks for melting the snow off the windows so I could see the clear sky—it was a beautiful touch!
However, the restaurant staff were quite rude and unhelpful, which made me feel very uncomfortable. I was traveling alone and had a bit of a cold, and their cold attitude completely ruined my appetite. Despite many empty tables, I was seated right by the entrance, which felt unsettling.
I highly recommend the hotel itself, but I suggest eating elsewhere. I wish I had eaten out; then I would have only had wonderful memories of this place.
