the room and overall hotel was clean. The 2 porters we had (CJ?/DJ? and 1 other gentlemen) were honestly fantastic. Super nice and helpful. Check in was quick since it was prepaid. The bad: the breakfast buffet was atrocious. No, I don’t want a communal ketchup bowl or bowl of butter with a shared spoon. Many things should be single-serve to protect the overall hygeine. The tater tots were the worst I've ever had in my life. I never waste food but the quality was rubbery and greasy. Orange juice was good. Check your bill as they charged me for extra charges when checking out. Trying to get my money back for erroneous charges. Super annoying and distasteful. Never asked to get the room cleaned but only asked for new towels. The attitude from the front desk/guest services was irritating - just for towels. I wanted clarifation to not get more than needed towels but the rep didn’t care. Couldn’t wait to get out of there fast enough. Never an omni hotel again. yikes.
