I love the property. It was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. However, there was a bit of residual shampoo in the grout on the shower wall. But overall, the experience was great.

The main thing we hated is we were told to call guest services for a cart to pick us and our luggage up and was on hold 15 minutes then they hung up. We had a 9 am all day mtg at the hotel and had to check out and put our luggage in the car beforehand and their system of no cars on property made this a logistical hell.

Last minute stay due to a flight cancellation, super close to Tampa Airport, arrived in time to eat in their bar / good food and cocktail, room cool quiet clean and very comfortable.
