Everything was fine until check-out. When I wanted to leave my suitcase and bag in the locker, they said they couldn't take them because my laptop was inside. They said it was a hotel rule and showed me a document with the rules. There was no warning about laptops on the document, but they showed me a paper stating that if valuable items are left there, the owner is responsible for them. Even though I accepted responsibility, they didn't accept it.

スタッフの皆さん が明るく接してくれました！
チェックイン時に屋上のトイレに行ったらマンゴージュースをもらったそうです！入口の方がタクシーを待ってる間に椅子を貸してくれたりコーヒーをいただいたりしました！とっても優しいです。もしまたエジプトに来るならここに泊まります！
