East Vail All inclusive Vacations

Facility is in poor shape, and property is being managed down (or owned down) to maximize profits I guess. No longer a wonderful boutique style hotel stay in Downtown Denver. From the period blood / feces on the wall behind the toilets, to the closet sized room with awful shower / tub combo, this property has slipped for the worse over the course of the past year. And then, you get a $30 daily "amenity" fee for the amenities, which are basically non-existent at this point in time. Valet has always been good, with the same faces, although that has changed as well. Only one of the regular valets did we see during our 3 nights stay. No more Teatro for us, there are much better kept places, with greater amenities, and cleaner facilities.

Great location and atmosphere. Loved our stay for our first time in Denver. Hopefully it won’t be our last!

We had a handicapped room for my husband that made little sense. There was a bar behind the toilet that made the shelf on the Toilet useless. The shower made little sense and had no instructions, There was a bathtub with a shower but there was no easy way to enter or leave the tub and my husband could not bath. The light switches were not easy to locate. We were on the top floor (37th) and had the room almost the farthest possible from the elevator. We would have much better off in a standard rather than a handicapped room.
