Colchagua Valley Wine Route All inclusive Vacations

We were very impressed when we arrived lovely old building beautifully done room. Then things went a little south. Front desk was pushing a private car to the Andes ($500) and rubbished the cheaper group tours… we found our own group tour and it was an excellent. Breakfast starts at 7.30…. But most tours start earlier so no breakfast… out all day come back to an unserviced room told we should have hung the sign on the door! 😂. 4.30am start to airport they did have a breakfast box for us but can’t be taken through immigration so left it! Heaps of restaurants within walking distance

Great location with an amazing staff. Everyone was so kind & helpful. The hotel is very close to both the metro & buses. Lots of great restaurants within a 5 minute walk.

El hotel está en una excelente ubicación a metros del mall Cenco costanera . La habitación muy buen tamaño . El desayuno muy bueno y completo.todo buenísimo , lo único que no estuvimos muy conformes es que la piscina no está a buena temperatura, bastante fría , imposible meterse en esta época ( otoño) .

Great área in Santiago

The view of Cerro San Cristobal was beautiful from my giant windows. I really liked the location, proximity to metro stations, shopping nearby, convenience stores and several cafe/food options on the same street. Good size room for a short stay where I didn't need to unpack much, but if I needed more room for my luggage I would have felt a bit snug. The staff was english/spanish bilingual which was perfect for me. They were super helpful whenever I needed something sent to my room. My only complaint was a consistent weird smell in the washroom.

Excellent stay in every way. Room was very nice and clean and the hotel has an elevator which was very important to us. Breakfast excellent and varied. Staff friendly and helpful. Location very central and just a short walk from the Moneda, the subway station and Plaza Armas. Close to many restaurants and pedestrian shopping street.
