Rooms left much to be desired. Not a proper placement to room anyone considering rooms were being renovated above which directly affected the plumbing in our room.

Original room was run down and hotel upgraded our room to the suite which was great. Restaurant on the roof top for breakfast is overpriced and also needs remodeling. I had to wait for 20 minutes to get bellman service

Overall, we loved everything about 1 hotel Brooklyn Bridge. It was a birthday gift trip for my husband, and he enjoyed every minute of our stay. Thank you and we will be back again! Definitely a 5 star hotel and will recommend to my friends.

The staff at check in were a bit grumpy. The rooms were ok, very basic and uncomfortable beds that slide when bumped into. Breakfast and hotel amenities were good.
