The staff member were very helpful and accommodating. We will definitely come back to this hotel.

The cleaning service was not good! They missed a day and I had to call them to come clean the room (even that, they missed washing coffee cups, replacing towels) Sheets were not changed! My pillow cases had black stains and they never got changed. The bathroom was not cleaned during room services. The room was too cold to the point we couldn't sleep at night. Called the front desk and they were not able to fix it. I had higher expectations when guests are charged high pricing.

Rooms were clean and spacious, outdoor spaces also are very clean and have a very Caribbean vibe.

The staff was amazing. The rooms could use some updates
