Yoeli, Ylca, Miguel, Wilton all provided excellent service and made our stay enjoyable! Thanks Hard Rock. Many reviews were misleading. It had great food and great entertainment. Beds were comfortable.

Our bed was VERY uncomfortable, we got a mattress topper on night 3, but slept horribly the first 3 nights.
I also slipped in the shower, I reccomend asking for a shower Matt. I am younger so I was okay, but a older person might not have been.
