Management is very communicative and accommodating, which was very important for my stay. Appreciate the timely responses to inquiries and arranging my airport pickup at 1 am. Clean and convenient to restaurants, grocers, shops and other Koror hotels.

Clean room that smell nice, towels were clear white with warmth. Room layout was super user friendly with 2 spots to lie my suitcase. Nice view from balcony to the private beach with clothes hanger. Nice firm bed with 3 different styles of pillows. Friendly staff that seeks to help out. Nice amenities - body lotion, flip flops.

The hotel’s location is exceptionally excellent 5 stars for that.
It is literally walking distance to cafes stores and restaurants. Within the heart of town.
The staff was absolutely 5 stars. Professional, knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. Ms. Belle Ruby Ann and Kate went beyond excellence when it came to customer service. Thank you for making my stay a very enjoyable and memorable experience
Will most definitely come back to this hotel. The price too played such a great part in picking this hotel.
The rooms and front desk area were super clean. Very grateful for that.
There was a convience store that closes at midnight right next to the hotel.
Airport transfer pickup service was excellent.
Overall I give this hotel 5 stars and will most definitely come back to it.
