I had an excellent experience at Grand Dior Hotel. The service was truly outstanding — the staff were professional, attentive, and always ready to help with a warm attitude. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of options, making every morning enjoyable. The atmosphere of the hotel is amazing — you will truly feel a sense of luxury and comfort throughout your stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone looking for a pleasant and memorable experience.

I made use of the restaurant for both lunch and/or coffee, which was very convenient. A very well stocked supermarket next door. I highly recommend, and wouldn't hesitate to return.

While the location and facilities were good, the service fell short. The restaurant/bar was closed for a private event without notifying guests. I was promised a call from a manager after raising the issue but never received one, and my follow-up call also led nowhere. This was frustrating and not the level of service I expect from Hilton.

Great location. Staff abrupt and unwelcoming. Breakfast, basic at best.
