Absolutely loved our stay here! The room was gorgeous, the staff were excellent and the overall experience was amazing! We will be back!

The staff was very kind and welcoming. However, one young lady in particular—Gurleen—truly went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied throughout our stay. She was always available, whether it was for suggestions on places to go or just to check in and make sure we had everything we needed. I even forgot my flat iron, and she kindly helped me order one through Uber. She was simply perfect—professional, thoughtful, and genuinely caring. Additionally, Henry at the concierge was fantastic, offering us amazing dining recommendations that made our trip even more enjoyable. Thank you to the whole team for such a wonderful experience!

We were in Room 4, a spacious room w terrace… a private oasis. The bathtub is a highlight treat along with morning breakfast waiting outside the door plus an unexpected private membership lounge, Secrette. Just open a doorway across the hallway and you’re in a lounge with a chill vibe, attentive bartender, and menu with tasty treats coming from George restaurant. The gnocchi was to die for!

This was the first time staying here, but definitely not the last. The service with a smile was amazing. At every encounter. The room was stunning and a great amount of room for comfort. I truly did not experience anything negative from this place.

Staff was friendly and accommodating when we inquired about checking in early

My room was beautifully decorated with a rich coloured velour couch and an incredibly comfortable bed and pillows. The cafe on the first floor has oat milk lattes and gluten and dairy free muffins. Overall a 5 star rating plus a competitive price for travellers who want a classy hotel but balk at Toronto prices.
