Clean, great staff and facilities

Ehhhhhh. We had a major issue checking in regarding room. After a day of writing to Hilton corporate , we finally were able to get the results we needed. Thank you GM Solte for your help and assistance. Staff all around 10/10. Food needs help as well as some areas of resort. Serum at the spa was excellent. I’ll visit again only for a few nights only do to the staffs hospitality .

Love this resort the staff are beautiful especially Ame, sarleen, wame, Sala ratu,the porters are all so friendly these people make me come back every year which I just got back for the 8th time. Daniel near the gym is so friendly aswell kids love him his fun and joins in with the game area good vibe. The cocktails and food are all so good but pricey same as Australia sometimes more. The renovated rooms are beautiful glad they started to renovate the rooms. The spa is so beautiful they do the best massages I’ve ever had very expensive but relaxing I get every year for our anniversary with hubby in a couples room. The sports bar looks amazing with a big screen inside which is awesome as us from Australia love watching the footy every Thurs Friday sat and Sunday night. The only thing I suggest to the boss is to put the singers back to infront of the sunset bar again as there more visible everyone can see them outside when walking around the resort they can get a drink from the bar and listen to there beautiful voices not hidden away inside the sports bar as not everyone goes inside here.

The staff were incredible- so friendly and professional. The rooms were very clean. The beach is stunning. It is an extremely child friendly hotel with lots of activities for them. The food was OK and the rooms slightly dated. We didn’t have the best room as it faced a walkway and people could see right into the room, and we heard people walking past early morning.

We have just spent 10 days at the Sofitel in Fiji. We had a fantastic time, the Sofitel had excellent service all round. Couldn’t fault anything, the staff are absolutely amazing and definitely go the extra mile to make your holiday memorable.

Amazing place. The kids enjoyed the pool. The staff was so kind and helpful. We wish we could have stayed longer. We were surprised to find out that we needed to catch a boat to the hotel. It was a fun adventure.

We loved the privacy of our bungalow. It really felt like we were alone. The staff went out of their way to make sure that those with children were grouped together. So that everyone could have a good time. The staff were very warm and welcoming. The property was beautiful and the snorkeling was exceptional.

Beachcomber is undergoing a change in presentation with all newly refurbished rooms and Bures to menu and dining options. The accommodations were exceptional. We had a couple of small maintenance but we addressed this with the front office and both issues were taken care of immediately. Great customer service. The Bure we stayed in was newly renovated and the day we arrived they ground staff were just finishing off putting ne grass on the roof. The room was clean, air conditioned and had a kettle with tea and coffee options. There was an in room safe but at no point did we ever feel that a safe was necessary. The Bure had its own private deck. The eating area was recently changed out from the old picnic tables to proper tables and chairs (remaining in the sand - footwear optional). The food overall was very good with various options to suit most tastes. The portions were big and the food was delicious. Ben, the new head chef and food planner is doing an exceptional job at enhancing the dining room service and implementing new dishes into the menu- The Mahi Mahi was just unbelievable and the staff are attentive and just the friendliest souls. There are options for breakfast only, half/full board and all inclusive - great options to fit any lifestyle. The bar and new pool bar were very good with quick service and daily specials offered..there were non alcoholic beverages as well as various sodas available as well. Fresh water was always available.
