This hotel is beautiful and located in good area . Clean , close to metro and warm. I love the way how staff work so professionally and be so kind . All the restaurants are so nice and also the best things about this hotel is the management they are always there to hear your story and your need . .

The staff, without exception, were wonderful, courteous and helpful. The room was large and clean. We had a city view, which was not much of a view really, just onto a road. Well worth the club lounge, we used it regularly. I would definately stay here again.
