The staff was friendly. The premises were well kept. But common sense hospitality was completely missing. Because we were only staying one night, they gave us a room directly in front of the pickle ball courts. People were using it and blasting loud music until after 1:15 in the morning. The staff knew what they were doing. I can look past the cockroach encounter and even the towel mishap but when staff purposefully give you a "bad room" to see if you complain or not, that's horrible customer service.

This was our first stay in this hotel and we were not disappointed. Whilst it was really just an overnight between flights on our way home back to Australia, having tried eight different beds during the previous three weeks of holiday I can genuinely state this was the best by far. I'd even love to know the brand and model to buy if it was available in Adelaide, such was the comfort.
The rooftop pool and bar area was a lovely retreat to sit and have an evening drink.
