Hotel was clean friendly staff overall great experience

Room was clean, view was awful. Bed was comfy Stayed in District 3. Hotel is a bit dated. Casio was good. Most of the staff was friendly. Ordered a cocktail (cosmopolitan) at the bar in the center of the casino. It was 19.00 and was served in a plastic cup. Understand, I was seated at the bar. The bartender put equal parts of house vodka, triple sec and roses lime juice with so much cranberry it was dark red and strained in that plastic cup! Someone else at the bar had a martini glass. I said to the bartender, you serve this in plastic, he laughed and said , uh yeah and walked off. Worst thing I have tasted EVER!

Service was excellent. All employees.

There was a smell in the room

Clean room. Extremely quiet. Good view of The Sphere. Comfortable beds. Friendly, helpful staff at the reception desk.

The facility was clean. Service workers were friendly and helpful. I would go back there again.

rooms are beautiful , big and very clean , only complain i had is the the pillows are not confutable

We had a wonderful time. The room was spacious and beautiful. The pool felt like a peaceful oasis, and our experience at the Canyon Ranch Spa was exceptional. We had such a good time in October that we’re going back in December.

The room was large, comfy, and had excellent esthetics. I loved the floorplan of our room, and it had a direct view of the Bellagio Fountain! The beds were also very comfortable. Then there's the added convenience of being in the same place as Sahra Spa and Superfrico - don't forget Superfrico, Secret Pizza, and so many other yummy places to eat!

The lights and curtains in the room did not work and had to be reset twice. Huge inconvenience on the morning we were leaving because we were trying to pack in the dark. Only 1 breakfast place on the main floor and it was horrible. Did not eat on 2nd floor because it was too crowded or only had sandwiches. We were charged for $15 food on the day we arrived but did not eat there. Will need to call and waste my time fighting over $15. We liked the room size, double closets, bathroom. Security to get upstairs was very good.

I lived in Vegas right on the Strip for 8 years or so and out of every casino The Orleans was and is arguably my all-time favorite spot to kick it. Out here now staying here for work stuff and they have awesome rooms, wonderful Staff across the board especially the SO NICE Housekeeping Team and a ton of great spots to grab eats. Lunch hotdogs in the sports book here is 100% a Vegas ritual for me.
