Northern Arizona Adventure Vacations

The property was nice and quiet and clean. The check in process was quick and easy, they even drew the quickest route to our room. They offered activities such as star gazing and yoga at no cost which is a nice add on. The room was spacious and comfortable. The gym is very basic with limited equipment. For food the rascal is the only option but if you cross the street you have Safeway right there and a bunch of other places that you can walk to. We also walked to the sugarloaf trailhead and did some of those trails. (It’s a 20ish min walk from the hotel)

Everything about this resort was top notch! The staff, the location, the Spa, the restaurant! We loved everything about The Amara! Can’t say enough good things!

Air and heating of room were impossible to control. Not much hot water for showers

Very good breakfast with friendly and helpful staff both in the lobby and in the breakfast room. Very nice room with great amenities and homey touches- fireplace, aromatherapy, bath salts and very nice shampoos and soaps. David the front desk staff member was so friendly and warm-- really made our stay. The breakfast burritos and the breakfast staff member were both highlights of the trip (coffee in breakfast room could be stronger, but perhaps that's just my preference!)
