Personnel constantly asking you to go to a three hour semminar. Getting a room I paid for not having the fridge that was supposed to be in it and being told I would have to pay more to get a room with one. Being told that I would now have to pay in order to go into the tower in order to take pictures that used to be free for guests staying there.
Bottom line, you had to pay for everything that used to be included with your stay. Expedia didn't tell me about these extra costs and it made my stay more stressful than relaxing. Will have to do some thinking if I decide to stay there again if ever.

I liked the games in the common areas. A lot of games for kids and kids to play with. Right on the pier with a great view and access to shops, fun, and food. A lot was worn out and needed replacing ie pool table, seating, corn hole bags, bed frames. AC want working well and there was mold in the bathroom and cleaning rags on the balcony. Not as pictures appeared

Great property, beautiful pool, walking distance to fantastic restaurants.
My two complaints: Uber rideshare area is far and HOT. like VERY HOT. & every bellman pushed aggressively for more tip even then I had already tipped them.
