Was a nice stay rooms are big

In an attempt to make the hotel more popular, it seems the owners re-designed the exterior, the attached shops (Zephyr Walk) and the lobby to make it cool and modern, without maintaining the rooms at all. There is a surprise resort fee, which apparently can range from $30 a night to $45 a night - to cover “amenities”. I’ve stayed at, at least a half dozen other hotels that don’t charge $35 a night per room to light a couple fire pits. Just work it into the room price and stop surprising people. As soon as we checked in, we grabbed our bags and headed to our room, only to immediately get kicked out by housekeeping. They were in our room and just kept saying “just a minute” while we stood in the hallway with our luggage. Considering the hotel also does not allow you to use the bathroom in the lobby until you check in, and we had just driven for 3 hours, we were very uncomfortable. There were strange outlets cut into the side of the nightstand that didn’t seem safe.

The most amazing stay! Great room beautiful views. Would 100% recommend. Super clean room and great staff

The staff was pleasant and Corine at the front desk was absolutely amazing- so sweet and kind. There was dried blood on our comforter-

Hard to find coffee early in the morning.

Whole neighborhood wasnt safe. Several vagrants around. Pot could be smelled everywhere. Hallways outdated and rough looking. Elevator was a nightmare when trying to leave.
