北イタリア旅行の最終日に宿泊し、 スタッフの皆さんの元気な姿に感動しました。 空港までの送迎も完璧でした。 ありがとうございました。

部屋に行ったら、まだ清掃スタッフがいてびっくりした。 それ以外はとても良かった

Although we had booked a room for three people, there was initially no extra bed and the amenities were not prepared for three guests. After we contacted the hotel through Expedia to explain the situation, the issue was handled immediately, and we are very grateful to the hotel manager for the prompt response. It was disappointing that the on-site staff did not resolve the issue promptly despite being informed three times. However, in the end, we were very satisfied with our stay. In particular, the breakfast was excellent—varied, high quality, and delicious. A senior male manager was especially kind and attentive, and his hospitality left a very positive impression on us. Although the hotel is relatively expensive, its location—just one minute from the Duomo—is outstanding, and the convenience of being in such a central area made our stay even more enjoyable.

ホテルから中央駅までの無料シャトルがあり、ドライバーさんがとてもフレンドリーで親切でした。部屋はアパートメントルームでも依頼しないとマグカップ1つさえありませんがスムーズに持ってきてもらえました。フライパンやフルーツナイフなどなく苦戦しますが、スーパーも近いので便利です。 コーヒーメーカーなどなくお湯を沸かし顆粒のインスタントコーヒーしかないのも残念。 コインケースを部屋を忘れ、電話で確認したら即座にない！と言われたのは残念です。せめて確認するなり周りに聞いて欲しかったです。こちらの不注意なので仕方ないですがコインケースに入れたお守りだけでも探して(返して)欲しかったです。
