Staff were lovely and helpful but the room could have done with a bit more TLC for a 4 Star hotel.
Very close to the metro, a huge bonus as it was our starting point for all our trips.

This is a fabulous old world hotel that is in need of modernisation in parts. Great location. Staff are attentive, especially Riccardo at the front desk. Was surprised by how some guests were dressed in the hotel; pyjamas at breakfast not appropriate.
