Some of the staffs are not approachable. Not so friendly especially the one in the check in counter.faucet looks very old. Needs replacement.

What they charge for laundry is ridiculous. They're New York New York breakfast buffetwas disappointing. They kept bacon in a steamer to keep it warm. Soggy limp bacon is a tragedy. Everything else was excellent
