Sirtaj is conveniently located just a block or two from Rodeo Drive, making it an easy and safe area to walk around. The only drawback was the parking situation due to ongoing road construction—you may need to walk about a block to access your vehicle. That said, the staff were very helpful and transparent in explaining the parking process.

The hotel offers a truly memorable stay, blending comfort with a distinct sense of character that sets it apart from standard accommodations. From the moment of arrival, the atmosphere feels warm and thoughtfully designed, with staff who are attentive without being overwhelming.

AC noises kept us up all night. They charged extra for parking, above the already expensive room rate. Did not offer coffee for guests except if you wanted to pay extra for it! Lack of staff on premises. Could not find anyone to help me whenever I went to the lobby. Nobody responded to the texts which was how we were told we would get a response.

Parking garage is small overhead. Our truck did not fit and we were rold ee needed to come move it. Staff didnt have any good recommendatiins. The paid lot they tell you to go to is not secure and has a recird of break ins. Had to find our own place. Ended up paying to park at a hotel a half mile down street. This needs to be fixed. Probobly wont come again until so.

The hotel staff are predominantly of Hispanic descent and we're very rude. I was charged over 400 dollars for a two night stay with no explanation and the hotel couldn't find where the charge. And from. I would never stay there again

They sent a welcome message the day before we were scheduled to arrive which had a lot of good information, including that the front desk sometimes goes on breaks which was our experience when we arrived. If I hadn't seen that message I might've been a bit annoyed. The hotel does not have any carpeting which is an interesting choice as it made the room more noisy than most, but the room was also pretty spacious and the bed was comfortable. The hot drink and water dispensers they had in the lobby were most excellent! We knew they did not offer a breakfast bar of any type but didn't realize there wasn't any type of place within walking distance - not their fault. The staff was friendly and the couple of questions we had they were quick to help with.
