9.8/10 Exceptional! (1,004 reviews)
The entire experience from walking in the front door of the property to being escorted up to my room was absolutely incredible! The entire facilities smelled beautiful, was exceptionally clean, and the staff made me feel like a special VIP! The breakfast at the café downstairs is very good. They are very fast and the location is very convenient. Unfortunately, I did not get a chance to visit the bar or their upscale restaurant - I will save this for next time I visit! I highly recommend this hotel. If I could give more than five stars I would!

9.2/10 Wonderful! (1,006 reviews)
Hotel has good location.
One of the two lifts was out of order. There is no restaurant or catering in the hotel.
I expected more for the price paid for the room, so rate the value for money as poor.
