Perfect for our needs

We had a great stay in condo 4E. Very roomy very clean. The grounds are beautiful. One of the best sunsets of my trip was by the pool. Asked for someone to come fix my patio light but that didn't happen. Overall great time and would recommend.

Beautiful property, individual thatched-roof homes feel very authentic and very much vacation vibe. The restaurants are good (there are three - the Moana main restaurant, then two beach restaurants) but the cocktails were inconsistent. The breakfast buffet is excellent but expensive at $60. The water sports are limited. The front desk service was also inconsistent - a long check-in experience but then very helpful during the stay. Two beautiful pools. Gorgeous property. Excellent spa with great massage and plunge pool (hot and cold). Spa access is free even without a treatment Careful when you book to note if your room is ocean view or ocean front. And note that there is a $95 per room per day resort fee

Soon as I arrived, everything was set perfectly. Clean condo, welcoming toiletries, fresh towels. Parking garage had all beach necessitates. Amazing views of the golf course as your backyard. A grill to use right outside the back patio. Clean bathrooms, wifi & TV. Clean kitchen. Enjoy the on property pools & gym. Would highly recommend staying here again.

I was hoping that the reviews were not true but it is true. There are roaches and ants in the room. I can also see roach sticky pads and ant baits under the couch and on the side of the fridge. Very gross. The rooms are outdated but it was nice that there is AC. The best part was the location. It was very convenient to everything such as shopping and restaurants. But because of convenience, the location is noisy but it was not an issue for me. Parking is very limited onsite but I did not have an issue. There was also street parking if needed.
