The room was clean and spacious. Staff were courteous and helpful. The location is an easy walk to get anywhere around the Quarter.

Excellent room and amenities

Clean room with good facilities. Friendly and helpful staff. Only complaint is the thing walls between the rooms as the guest next door could be heard all night on one night.

Pricing looks too good to be true because it is. We booked a king room for $107 a night (“what you see is what you pay”). We decided to do the $42 trip insurance. We check in and are charged $492 for several amenity fees that were not mentioned. Not to mention the $50 valet fee per night because they don’t have any other parking associated with the hotel. The room was ok but it shows its age. The staff was somewhat friendly.

Staff was great. Room nice size and bathroom. Just needs new pillows.

Room was beautiful and clean, and having real glasses and coffee cups was wonderful!

I was charged for a stay I couldn't make. Not a productive outcome. I was hoping for a credit. The hotel referred me back to Expedia. Expedia didn't make a credit an option. My ratings are not related to my experience, as I didn't have the experience.

The breakfast buffet was overpriced for the quality level of the food. The confirmation of my reservation stated free parking was included but upon check-in i was asked to pay fifty dollars for a parking pass. I paid an additional amount for a room with river view but was put in a room on the opposite side of the building. Overall, i wasn't happy with the customer service. However, the property is clean, and conveniently located to restaurants.

Nice room, clean, friendly lady at check in. We were allowed early check in with waived fee, nice after being here 2 nights prior to our cruise.
