Highly recommend staying at Hotel Victor! The staff is incredible and very happy to assist with room changes, bikes, and amenities! Location is perfect for sightseeing in South Beach and very walkable!

They have sunscreen and sunglass wipes by the pool and there are water stations throughout the hotel and they give you two free water bottles Evian per day and they have Nespresso coffee in the rooms and you can eat by the pool or Nobu or Ocean Social, gratuity is included 20%. Each room guests two lounge chairs by the beach for free and towels. Everything was great. We loved it.

Stayed in Corner Plus King on 30th floor. The room is awesome with a large balcony and incredible view of the city. Worth upgrading from regular Corner King to get the higher floor. Staff is very attentive and helpful. Easy access to shopping and restaurants. Has a rooftop lounge with good food and drinks. Restaurant has good selection and the appetizers we tried were delicious. Parking is only valet for $60 per day with in/out privileges.

Room was clean and comfortable

It was my 60th birthday. I was excited to see my “suite” until I saw the large dark brown stains on the carpet. That was combined with old, worn furniture from the threadbare chair to the table stained with water marks and unmatched chairs. The bathroom floor appeared to need mopping. Housekeeping offered to reclean the room or move me to another. I opted for a new room from 2201 to 2101. This room also had worn furniture but appeared clean. Anytime I needed anything from the front desk my calls from the room were not answered. I had to call from my cell to the hotel main line. I needed a plumber for a clogged toilet. I had to make multiple calls to the front desk. I had to call the front desk to have someone come back and finish cleaning my room after lunch. This was my birthday. I made that known. The room next door to me was never used while I was there. It had an ocean view. Why wasn’t I offered this accommodation as a courtesy after the housekeeping issues I was having. I would not recommend this hotel. The location is not convenient and the service is subpar. The staff does not seem to care. Because this is not a prime location the staff needs to go above and beyond to exceed guest expectations.
