I had the best view of the ocean ever, I strongly recommend this hotel

Unlike the advertised photos which show bright windows right nest to the bed, my room was a dark hole. Had a stayed more than two nights, I could see myself getting depressed here. And it was not quiet when you opened the windows, you heard the utility noise. The AC was loud and not very efficient.

Spotless property and extremely friendly staff! Would definitely stay here again!

The location was convenient for Little Italy, shops (upscale and tourist) and plenty of restaurants. There is no view, but that was not expected. Amenities were my only issue-2 towels, 2 hand towels. No wash cloths. If streaming services were available, we couldn’t find them. There was coffee, tea and water in the lobby, a Keurig would have been nice.

My room was incredibly dusty and looked as if it had never been vacuumed. Did not feel like a 4 star hotel.

Good stay. Upgraded room. Water pressure in shower was poor! Better option nearby!

Great location, wonderful staff and very clean rooms.

Really clean room and hotel overall. Staff was super friendly and stored our luggage before check in. We had no issues at all. Room was quiet too!

Very happy and pleased with RUI plaza Times Square. Staff was very polite and accommodating. Breakfast buffet is included. Excellent food and selections. Their Fashion Bar runs a happy hour daily from 4:00 until 8:00. PM.
