There was no wifi in the room. I guess they out us in a room too far from the reception. Lights were off and room was small, but clean. Staff is kind. Parking in the premises

Had the most amazing time at this hotel from the room to the staff, and I can’t forget the amazing cocktails that I had. Will definitely be staying here when I visit Lake Como again

No adequate breakfast. Not a four star hotel. Beds very uncomfortable.

Hotel is in a very small village on lake adjacent to Lake Como -- easy to Milan about 45 min and to other villages and Lake Como about 30 min. Lovely staff, nice, comfortable rooms that are well appointed and gorgeous bathrooms. Not much to do in the immediate area so don't expect to walk around a cute town, but the hotel has a solid restaurant with a good breakfast and nice dinner dishes overlooking the lake.

Very clean, very spacious, good location, easy access to transport links for Milan centre.

Staff not friendly and the area super boring

We have stayed here several times before, and obviously we like it to keep coming back. The staff is always pleasant and more than accommodating. This time we had a stellar room--we'd love to have it again next time!
