I was hesitant to book after reading the previews reviews but I'm glad I did because the property was beautiful and the room was clean. I had great interactions with the staffs and they were helpful.

This Hotel was one of a kind. I traveled for my birthday and got a corner room at this hotel that was just gorgeous, with a huge balcony and great views. With the convenience of the mall connected, being walking distance to nice restaurants and all of the great amenities and staff I can confidently say you won’t regret booking with East Hotel.

Front desk staff was extraordinarily helpful to resolve a reservation issue. Rooms are well apportioned.

Everything was awesome..

Nobu was amazing, the staff at the pool knew the weather and possible weather tropical weather would bombard but then up and ready to replenish towels etc. I just love the beach, the restaurant and the way the bracelet made everything so easy.

Amazing property with a great view. Also a very nice rooftop bar on property with daily happy hour. ** Very very helpful and friendly staffing here as well** 10/10
