This is so far one of the best places I've stayed yet so far. Great staff, amazing service and breakfast. Loved the cozy rooms.

Best stay we have had so far on all our visits to Marrakesh over the years. The complex is surrounded by the most beautiful well kept lush gardens which added to the whole relaxed feel of the hotel. Of course it’s remote, but most are, however I feel that’s better so you can dip in and out of the busy sights and Medinas if you want and free shuttle anyway or cheap taxis all day. I had decided not to return to Morocco a couple of years ago but Barcelo has completely changed our minds and will 100% return. Staff amazing, and not in your face in restaurants or mither, like some other hotels. Room adequate size and spotless. Choice of quiet pool and slightly busier one with more than enough beds all day. Thank you and see you next year.

As a cyclist kenzi rose garden was ideally located to access all the routes going south. The restaurants and buffet were excellent that there really was no need to eat outside. Hotel needs to do something about people who lack discipline at a buffet. I get upset seeing people piling their plates, taking a nibble at one thing, and discarding the rest.

Original room was outdated and felt like a 3star. I returned back to the hotel on the tour and the room was better but air cond was limited and beds were comfortable. Some communication issues with staff. Breakfast was great, gym had adequate, new machines. Limited food options.

All good. Great facility.

Since the building is old, it smells little bit. The location is good where its close the train station.
