It is a fully self sufficient hotel renting apartments. The only complaint I had was the elevator is not up to moving full hotel guests at the crunch times ie 5-7 pm and 10 - 11 am - long waits as everyone wants to use the two elevators at the same time. Other than that I would suggest that guests try to rent the lower floors and use the stairs once their bags are in the room.
Great location near the metro and downtown amenities- especially once their bags construction St Catherine’s is finished.

Everything was great, but Thomas Xavier was truly the star! He is absolutely amazing. We travel often, and it’s rare to come across someone who has that kind of magic with customers.
What stood out most was that he didn’t just take the time to speak with me he also made a point of talking to my kids and making them feel so special and important. That meant so much to us and made our experience even more memorable.
Thank you again for such a wonderful experience! We will for sure be back.
I have to mention the avocado toast is honestly the BEST I’ve ever had!

Everyone on the staff was attentive and helpful while honoring my privacy. The room was quiet with a lot of nice touches to make me feel at home and meet my needs (e.g., umbrella in the closet). The breakfast service is especially elegant with a variety of choices for every palate.
The hotel location is fantastic, very close to the McGill Metro Station and an easy walk to museums, restaurants and art centers.

The hotel is in a good location and its close to the Metro and the universities. Staff were very friendly and ready to assist. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room. I would definitely stay a the Sens again.
