Hotel was super convenient to and from the airport with their shuttle. You have to reserve a seat on the shuttle, so we let them know what time we were landing. Room was comfortable and had everything we needed. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant which was nice.

The breakfast buffet offered an ample amount of choices and the servers were very attentive and professional. Room was clean even though on the smaller side. The main disappointment was that the new pool was not open for the entire time we were staying there.

Staff could have been more welcoming when my flight home was cancelled and I preferred to stay in the same room for 2 more days (13) in total and had to pay over $1,000 to stay in the same room.
