Imperial Hotel Osaka was nice but nothing stood out at this property. The breakfast buffet was nice l, but we had better ones during our trip. The rooms were nice, and the view of the river and cherry blossoms were a highlight of the stay. Service was good but again nothing stood out compared to the other hotels we stayed at.

The concierge team was very helpful and kind. Yuroi, thank you so much for your help. F&B Director Gerard, I’d like to thank you for your hospitality and attention. Last but not least, Miyuka at the bar — thank you as well for your attention. Your Spanish accent was spot on.
