The staff were fantastic, getting me checked in early and they were very friendly. Rooms are well-appointed, clean and very comfortable.

There was a space from the bottom of the door to the floor where light would break through and sound. Walls are pretty thin. We can hear the other guests. There was a smell from the ventilation system that smelt like something was burning. And the rooms were pretty hot and we cannot adjust the thermostat lower to what we wanted. Other than that, staff was very courteous and the place was very clean

This is the only place we stay when we need to overnight in Seattle while traveling. It’s top notch in all areas- decor, cleanliness, excellent food, super friendly staff, comfy beds, lots of special touches that make you feel special. Highly recommend!!

Courteous staff, clean room, firm comfortable bed. Walking distance to pike market place, mono rail to space needle and Westlake shopping outlet.
