The entire staff at Crown Beach were nothing short of amazing. We enjoyed our 3 night stay here very much. The rooms and facilities were clean. Quiet and somewhat secluded beach, a haven for those looking to minimize interaction.

I absolutely loved everything about this hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I was pleasantly surprised with a birthday celebration at breakfast. This place is amazing. I will definitely stay here again. The ocean view from the patio was a great touch each morning and the sounds of waves to help me sleep at night. A great experience highly recommended.

Resort was exactly as described and we were pleased with our choice. The staff with very helpful and friendly and it was a great exoperience. Unfortunately on the down side there was building work next to the resort, so sitting in our villa or on the Beach was quite noisy. Also on the main Island there was a facility that produced a lot of smoke 24/7 and on some occasions the wind blew it onto the island and resort.

We spent brilliant 10-night vacation at Constance Ephelia and would fully recommend it!

bel hotel,bel endroit, jolie chambre, lobby ouvert donc pas climatise. Quand on arrive d un long vol et que le temps est tres humide, il aurait ete agreable d avoir un peu de climatisation. La plage est belle, mais quand on se baigne, il n y a que 2 metres de sable blanc et apres c est le corail donc besoin de chaussures.Peu de poissons a voir contrairement a La magnifique plage du Four seasons juste a cote. J avoue que la plage etait decevante par rapport a d autres plages que j avais visitees lors de mon voyage precedent. Les transats et surtout les coussins qui ne sont pas en super etat et qui ne tiennent pas en place. Decevant dans la mesure ou l on est dans un hotel de haute gamme, on attend un meilleur confort. Decevant aussi par son service. Les employes sont tres gentils mais voyageant beaucoup dans ce standard d hotels, personne ne s occupe de vous aider a vous installer les serviettes sur les transats par exempleou pas de creme solaire disponible. regulierement les serveurs vous amenent de l eau fraiche / ne serait il pas mieux d avoir de petite glaciere comme je l ai vu au Kempinski Mascate? A mascate la qualite de service etat bien meilleure, la direction devrait s en inspirer!!Rien a dire sur le service en chambre / tres bien. La reception, encore une fois le personnel est tres gentil mais pas tres professionnel, Il y a 4 ou 5 personnes derriere le comptoir mais tout prend beaucoup de temps.
