Quebec Adventure Vacations

Staff was very friendly and lots of activities for the kids. Main issue was no cleaning service even when we had the sign in the door asking for it. We had to call to get some service and it arrived while we were in the room at night. No ventilation in the bathroom doesn’t help with humidity, so there was some paint gone from the door and ceiling. Otherwise, it was a clean room.

Excellent customer service experience. I recommend 100%

The room was great, as were the staff. Only issue was that the hot tub was closed for maintenance !

Wonderfull stay!! Everything was amazing from the check in, staff, room activities etc. I would recommend this hotel X 1000000 and we will certainly be back!!

Staffs are very nice. They accomodated my request for an extra cot. There’s no free breakfast but I did went to eat at the dufferin which is exceptional. Wiññ be visiting again in the fall.

Returning to this elegant hotel was bliss after a busy Christmas week. I have returned many times to SherbrookStreet while my daughter was in college here but somehow stayed elsewhere. I have always enjoyed the Renoir Restaurant but this time stayed here and enjoyed their delicious breakfast. Once this delighted , I will always stay here… exquisite luxury bedding and quiet rooms also. Kudos to all of the staff!

Bathroom water pressure and temp was terrible. No extra pillows. TVs mounted in a weird way and too small and clearly 10+ years old.

Great staff and comfortable rooms. Old town is a fun spot to be in.
