Booked a superior room. It’s so small that it’s not enough room for two adults and two suitcases. Every time we flushed the toilet it sounded like an alarm went off. Towels barely had any fluff on them. They were very rough and absorbent. The bathtub filled with standing water while taking a shower The pillows were hard as rocks. General staff were very friendly but speaking with your manager not so much. Attitude was uninterested at best.
