Disappointing to have hotel advertise/ market rooftop pool as feature only to be told after booking that pool use is with separate charge for 2-hour blocks. Location near Haeundae Beach is great. Elevators are slow. Building and rooms are outdated and it is showing.

We had a great stay! The hotel was very clean and just a short walk from the beach. There were plenty of good restaurants nearby, making it easy to find great places to eat. The whole area felt clean, safe, and very family-friendly. We would definitely recommend it and would happily stay here again.

Fromt staff was not educated properly to guide the guests

The hotel (and the parking) would have been a little difficult to find, but the hosts were very responsive and made sure they came out to help us. They were very friendly and helpful and made all the difference in getting parking and getting into the unit, which requires a code to access. They even had early check in available and gave us a welcome cake! Keyless entry, which is great. The pool takes 2-3 hours to fill, so make sure to contact the host and get instructions on how to prep the pool so they can start to fill it for you while you're away. Having only one bathroom is the only downside of this unit that comfortably fit my family of 5, but the location can't be beat and we would definitely come back.

Great location to food. Staff was friendly. Hotel was clean. Hotel provided free water. Laundry drying machine was a ventless model so drying clothes took 3 hours per load. However there is a laundry mat 2 minutes away.
