I enjoyed my stay, the place meet my expectations. Stuff was very professional and helpful. Do recommend.

Room was spacious, clean and beautiful. Hotel is in an outstanding location. Can be noisy at night since right in the middle of town.

In the evenings there are 3 restaurants with a nice variety. Also, room service. We went to restaurant on the second floor and were seated and given menus BUT when we wanted to order we were told we had to leave and go eat in the restaurant on the first floor. Very Rudely told. there were other people sitting there eating...no explanation just we don't serve that here.... maybe it was the time...but why give us a menu that you aren't serving. The down stair restaurant is more for evening dining and more expensive meals. Was not expended. Even a smile would have helped or an explanation. We speak perfect spanish so wasn't lost in translation. Otherwise an amazing hotel. Clean and comfortable. Reception was amazing. Also so thankful for the shuttle bus, although not easy to find section G at the airport. No signs on the inside. We were quike a group of confused people worried we were waiting in the wrong spot.

Clean rooms, amazing staff, super friendly and convenient in the middle of everywhere will be back again for sure, thank you Javi, Martina and the lady in the restaurant breakfast Brazilian super nice

Hotel is right in front of the beach, location is great! Rooms were good, not as clean as expected though. Did not use the pool or hot tubs, weather was cold. Parking was convenient. Laundry service not very good - the washer is too small and dryer takes forever to dry!

Easy walk to train station, exceptionally clean , easy check in. Surprised to see only tea offered in room with hot pot, no coffee. Quiet and comfortable. Lighting was a little wonky, took a bit to find better settings for night. Would definitely recommend
