The staff is always lovely and helpful. The toiletries are L’Occitane, the restaurant is great, and the location and views are perfection! I’ve stayed here many times and continue to recommend it many friends. This a such a great hotel.

Plenty of parking and easy to access the hotel.

Lovely place with spacious rooms & great breakfast options. The hot tubs were nice to wind down in & we were lucky enough to see the northern lights while in the hot tub! The robes provided were a wonderful bonus. Only suggestions are for there to be ventilation & more hooks in the bathroom to allow for the towels & robes to dry overnight instead of asking for new ones.

We are incredibly happy with our stay. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff was amazing!

Lovely warm room. Good kitchen facilities and comfortable beds.

Seamless check in and check out using the Flexipass app. Room was clean, and kitchenette included everything that you expect in a holiday apartment. We loved the bread from Sandholt bakery as part of the breakfast basket. Would definitely stay here again when in Reykjavik.

Wonderful hotel within a short walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Definitely recommend!
