Great hotel and customer service

It exceeded our expectations and was a home away from home. The efficiency kitchen was equipped with a 2 burner hob, microwave, mini fridge, dishes, utensils, coffee maker, kettle and much more. The breakfast was amazing and the contents of the basket changed every day. The location was excellent and the staff was outstanding.

Everything was on point and what you would expect.

Be aware that the spa can incur an extra charge. It was quite expensive so didn't pay the extra fof it, which was a shame as that was a big reason for booking the grandi

The staff was friendly and helpful with arranging travel and local activities. Our room was clean, comfortable, and modern. The breakfast was good each morning. The only less than ideal thing was the spa was just warmish instead of hot. The sauna was nice, though.

Great breakfast selection. Check in/check out was very easy. Great location downtown.
