Magnificent stay, I’ll definitely be back & stay longer!

It's a great hotel in a good location but room for improvements. Our room wasn't ready for check in at 4pm and when we were allowed up to our room there was someone in there cleaning so we had to wait outside. We were given a late check out because of this which we appreciated - but would also have expected a drink or small token such as a welcome note in the room to have been provided especially for those booking suite rooms. The gym facilities were lacking for a 5* hotel which most of the equipment in the room not working and the treadmills were cutting out after a few minutes.

Arrived at8pm we were told we had the best apartment in the building unpacked everything went for dinner and picked up breakfast items to start our day's when we got back the refrigerator wasn't working went to the front desk they told us there wasn't anything they could do it had been broken for over a month. We then had to repack all off our belongings and move to another apartment 2 day's later we decided to do a load of laundry and the washer didn't work !!! I believe we are entitled to get a partial refund especially since we paid top dollar and were so inconvenienced.

Giovanni the restaurant owner was great. The staff was very good

We upgraded to the Gokd Lounge after two days. The food and staff were amazing

Amazing / dependable housekeeping service. Very nice, clean room; great location and right by the train.

Don't bother with the breakfast Only one free per day. What's the point if you're not alone. Over $20 to eat a meager continental breakfast. NO BACON??!!

The property was very clean and felt very welcomed.
