Clean and spacious room, service was excellent, I would stay there again for sure.

We had a wonderful time at the cove Atlantis. The staff were friendly, helpful and always cheerful! The adult only pool was soooo nice! The staff there were always amazing! I would say our only suggestion would be to update the bedrooms. The resort is lovely!

The pool, water features, and beach made the trip. The room was nice but didn't leave us with any wow feeling. Beach view was nice, but no wifi on the balcony. Having the kitchenette was essential given the atrocity of the food prices. Water tasted bad to drink and a 500ml bottle was $5usd, it was highway robbery, almost makes you wonder if the taste isn't improved purposefully so you have to buy the water from them at this crazy price. Luckily we could boil water in our rooms which got rid of the taste.

The biggest advantage of this hotel is the location — it’s very close to all the parks, which made getting around quick and convenient. The property is also clean and the housekeeping team clearly does a good job maintaining the rooms. However, the rooms themselves are in dire need of an upgrade. The furniture, finishes, and overall look feel very dated and do not match the price point. For what you pay, you expect something more modern and comfortable. Another downside is that everything on the property is quite expensive, which adds up quickly for families. In summary: great location and cleanliness, but the rooms really need renovation to justify the cost. Until that happens, it’s hard to feel the stay offers good value for money.
