Lombok Waterpark Vacations

The beach was clean. Rooms including bathroom were showing their age. Enjoyed the choice of swimming pools. Food was ok not wonderful.

This was an absolutely stunning hotel. The staff were friendly and incredible. Food was good. Views were fabulous. The only downside, which is no fault of the hotel at all, was the mosque blaring its call to prayer multiple times a day. Very very disruptive. It would make me question staying again unfortunately.

Sudamala in Sengiggi, Lombok is a wonderful resort. Loved sitting at the bar area every night watching the sun sets.

I had a very unpleasant experience with the staff at reception when we checked in. (The restaurant staff, however, were all very good.) The purpose of this trip was to watch the MotoGP. We didn’t do much research before setting off. I was aware that this hotel was quite a long way from the race track, but I was convinced that the hotel staff would be able to advise us on the best means of transport. However, the only options they suggested were metered taxis or a private car with a driver (some staff recommended his friend to drive, cost around IDR 1,800,000); yet we later found that there was a free shuttle service organised by the government, so we made use of that instead. As this is one of the major events on the island, and given that someone working in the hotel industry surely ought to know about it, I found it very disappointing that I was lied to so brazenly. This property is perfect for a Romantic stay. Food was absolutely amazing and the staff couldn’t do enough Not a lot to do around the area so if you’re looking for a quiet and relaxing stay with a good book I would recommend The snorkelling straight out the front of the property was disappointing Highly recommend the spa Overall a lovely stay

It's the worst accommodation.

Great concept but not complete yet - Still building at the site - Empty pool etc. rooms are good but small details lacking - nowhere to hang towels for example. Feels a bit hit and miss but overall vibe ok and staff are lovely
