Absolutely Loved Our Stay at Katamaran We had such an amazing time at Katamaran! From the moment we arrived, everyone made us feel so welcome and genuinely cared for. Huge shoutout to Pak Hendra, Dwi, Ika, Edi, Remi, Pardi, Adi, and so many others who were just fantastic the whole way through. The service was excellent in the most natural way — super friendly, kind‑hearted people who really go out of their way for you without ever making it feel formal or forced. Every day we felt looked after, and every interaction came with a smile. The place is beautiful, but honestly, it’s the people who make Katamaran special. We left with full hearts and can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommend to anyone who wants great vibes, great service, and truly wonderful people.

Always Our Go-To in Lombok We always stay at Katamaran whenever we visit Lombok, and it never disappoints! The staff are consistently nice and courteous, making us feel welcome every time. Schönes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. War ein erholsamer angenehmer Aufenthalt. Leider ab 13:30 kein Schattenplatz mehr auf der gesamten Anlage vorhanden, da die Sonnenschirme nicht verstellt werden können. Allerdings finde ich es krass als Hotelgast bei allen Bestellungen 21% Tax und Service zu bezahlen. Service sollte im Hotel meiner Meinung nach nicht extra bepreist werden dürfen, vorallem wenn das Hotel schon etwas höherpreisig ist. Preise für Essen und Trinken sind sowieso schon höher als sonst auf der gesamten Insel, dass man meinen könnte die 21% wären schon eingeschlossen, aber sie kommen noch zusätzlich drauf (Nasi Goreng 90K)

Entspannen in Lombok

Sehr schöne Hotelanlage mit stilvoll eingerichteten, grosszügigen Zimmern. Die Speisekarte ist vielfältig, das Essen qualitativ hochwertig und schmackhaft. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig und von guter Qualität. Der Service dürfte für meinen Geschmack jedoch noch etwas aufmerksamer sein. Teilweise wurden die Tische nicht zeitnah abgeräumt oder es dauerte lange, bis man beim Frühstück einen Kaffee bestellen konnte. Dies ist jedoch Kritik auf sehr hohem Niveau. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit.
