A reasonably priced art deco hotel in a popular tourist area. Hotel and rooms are stylishly designed. Restaurant food was ok. Maria was a fabulous server. On the downside, there is no pool or fitness center.

I absolutely loved the place. Highly recommend.

Average hotel. Noticed few things during our stay. - The staff outside the hotel is "valet only" staff. Don't expect anyone to help you with your bags. - One day, our room was not made up. Looks like they are "scheduled". Not sure if they do it daily by default. - Zero sound-proof. We heard literally everything our room neighbors said. - We didn't rent a car but if you do, expect a front parking of just 4-5 cars. So, don't take a car with you. - No late checkout available. Good things. - The pool is good.

The Fontainebleau Miami Beach is a beautiful property and the overall atmosphere is very nice. Unfortunately, the upkeep did not meet expectations for a hotel of this caliber. The bathroom was dirty, and the shower grout was visibly gross, which was disappointing. On top of that, the AC in the room was leaking. The location and aesthetics are great, but the lack of proper maintenance really took away from the experience.

Only criticism: breakfast on site was crazy expensive! I opted to walk to the Betsy several mornings. Food so much better and not close to $50 for solo breakfast!

Beautiful studio, perfect for location and amazing building. The studio was equipped with kitchenette and general bathroom supplies needed. We will definitely stay here again.

We were very satisfied with the hospitality at this hotel. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the front desk team is always ready to help. I would especially like to highlight the breakfast — we prepaid for breakfast when booking the room, and it was an excellent decision. Breakfast is served at the neighboring restaurant, Orange Blossom, and it is truly delicious. I definitely recommend adding breakfast when making your reservation. Housekeeping was provided daily, and the beds were always neatly made. The only minor downside was that at first we received very small bottles of bathroom amenities — only one of each type for two adults and two children. However, after contacting the front desk, the issue was immediately resolved, and additional amenities were brought to our room. Everything else was a big plus: a wonderful rooftop pool with a city view, as well as a private beach area with loungers and towels — a huge advantage and a rare feature for South Beach. Overall, this is a very pleasant hotel with good service and an excellent location. We would be happy to stay here again.

Excellent stay! Staff should have more access to owners though. They communicated through a chat and not directly. We got there for early checkin and couldnt because the chat was unresppnsive. my family was tired and we had to wait over 4 hours in the lobby till room was available. But overall the place was amazing
