Gold room service above expectations, simple amazing

The room was newly renovated, but furnish were really not good! The furniture is old!

Hotel is very nice and very well maintained. Staff was excellent and very helpful. I would stay there again

Everything is excellent with the exception of how poor the gym is. It’s a tiny room.

Wonderful staff, considerate and helpful. 10 min walk to night market. Nice indoor heated pool with a good size water slide. Only con is depending on what side of the hotel your room is, you may hear the planes flying by and/or the metros going by.

The stay was outstanding!

Another fantastic five star hotel, right smack bang in the middle of Yorkville. Hotel rooms are very nice. Well appointed with very comfortable beds. My only complaint is that the pressure in the shower is not great. This property comes with a fantastic spa as I understand it however I’ve never used it and unfortunately they do not have a pool. One thing they do have is that incredible bar on the 35th floor looking out over the city of Toronto with both inside and outside seating. Definitely one of my favourite places in the city to grab a drink.

Breakfast service was excellent. Nice rooms although minor problems with the vanity faucet.
