I had a great stay at the Sheraton in Calgary. The staff were friendly, professional, and welcoming throughout my visit. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it a great place to relax after a busy day. Overall, a very positive experience, and I would certainly stay here again. Thank you to the team for your hospitality!

I went there for my anniversary to surprise my boyfriend. On Expedia it said the room I booked had a bathtub, it did not, I called the front desk and said it was expedias fault so I tried calling and couldn’t get through. I ordered a custom cake through the hotel which was very nice, I asked for it to be there for when we checked in, when I got there I asked about it and they said they forgot which was a bit frustrating. The lady at the front desk was one of the best parts about the stay, she was extremely kind and helpful. The room was overall pretty clean, just on the floor, baseboards and behind the bed was extremely dirty and dusty and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. Overall it was a fairly good stay, I might come back, most likely not.
