I did not think the hotel was worth what I paid for. Pretty pricey. The staff was not very welcoming when I arrived. No smiles whenever we'd come and go. Very disappointed. Also, the room was very small. The plus side is it was close to the metro. The train is very close to the duomo and historic center.

This hotel was a highlight of our stay in Italy. Everything was exceptional from the service to the rooms to the amenities to the location. Excellent base to go exploring the track or the city. One of our top three meals ever - if you stay please book the restaurant and get the tasting menu. Outstanding experience and great value.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating in requests, such as dropping off luggage before check-in and bringing luggage up to the room. The location by Lotto station is very convenient as Lotto sits on two Metro lines.
