Northwest Chicago Ski Vacations

Overall an excellent property which I have stayed at many times. This one time, though, there were a couple of problems. First is minor: I reserved a room with a King bed and was given one with two queens. Like I said, minor. The other problem was much more annoying. While the room looked clean, there was an underlying old cigarette smell - one that hit you square in the face when you entered the room (hallway outside the room fresh and clean, but enter the room and…. Nasty). I had reserved a non-smoking room, and clearly this had been smoked in. First time this has ever happened in my many years of travel. Somewhat disappointing.
