From the moment we arrived at the Waldorf in DC, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The property is absolutely stunning, every detail reflects luxury and elegance. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, offering attentive service without ever being intrusive. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and immaculately clean, with thoughtful touches that made our stay feel extra special. The location is perfect, allowing easy access to some of the best sights and dining in the city. From start to finish, everything exceeded expectations. The Waldorf sets the standard for world-class hospitality, and I can’t wait to return.

The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and modern. The HVAC made to much noise for several minutes when turning on, it was annoying. The staff kept the hallways and exterior guestrooms doors and walls wiped. At the bar Jeff was very pleasant and attentive. Dennis the manager was very engaging and helpful. The public women restrooms were very well maintained. The 9/20 event breakfast buffet was good, but the bacon came out raw. The 9/21 event lunch was very good. The breakfast buffet was good however had to request fresh eggs.

Our second time staying after celebrating a relative’s bday at The Perch at Capital One. This hotel exceeded our expectations! The rooms were spacious, the beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast buffet had plenty of space and a great selection. Ishmael at the front desk was especially kind and helpful during check-in. We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

The staff was exceptional especially Allen at check in and throughout the weekend, he ensured our stay was amazing. The only thing I didn't like was the couch in the lobby directly in front of the front desk, it is worn, and needs to be replaced. The leather is discolored and is very noticeable when you enter the property and it takes away from the rest of the beautifully decorated lobby.
